Shipping Policies

We currently Ship All Domestic Orders for a flat  $7.95.

We typically ship all orders the next business day.  Holidays and weekends sometimes takes a day or two longer, but we do the best we can to have your order out to you as quickly as possible.

We ship orders via U.S.P.S Priority Mail.

We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.

Insurance can be purchased if requested.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

If you have special Shipping requests, please notify us.

Currently we are not shipping internationally.  We hope as the website develops and we can open up more shipping options for international customers.  Thank you for your understanding.

Pick- Up orders

If you are coming our way and want to save on the Postage, please give us a call about your order.  We hold pick-up orders for 1 week, unless approved by phone or email for an extended period of time.  For more information, please contact us.

Method of Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars.  We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover online.  In our Retail shop we only accept Check, Cash and Credit Card (with a chip).

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on cut fabrics. All orders are reviewed before shipping, but we are human and can make mistakes. We want our customers to be happy with their orders, if you are not, then please contact us. There are things we can’t change, but we will make every effort to satisfy our customers. This is the way we have conducted business in our store for the last 39 years.

Q. What is our minimum cut?

A. Our minimum cut is 1/2 yard.  However, you can order any quarter of a yard fraction over 1/2 yard.

Q. Do you sell Fat Quarters?

A. We do not sell Fat Quarters from our yardage fabrics, however, we do often offer various Fat Quarter bundles.

Q.  Is your shop open to the public?

A.  Yes, our shop is open 8am-4pm central time.....Please note that we are closed every     Thursday and Sunday.  If you plan to visit we are check, cash and credit card with a chip only in our brick and  mortar store.

Q.  What is the width of your fabrics?

A.  Most of our fabrics are 44" -45" wide.  Sometimes we do offer 108" fabrics online, and will note when those fabrics are wider.

Q. Are your fabrics 100% Cotton?

A. Our fabrics are 100% quilt weight cotton.
